We\u2019re excited to unveil the LGJ-SPES Scenario<\/strong>. SPES stands for SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCES, EVIDENCE & SCENARIOS and is a project Funded by European Union\u2019s Horizon Europe Programme that harnass a lot of brain power to re-imagine the future.<\/p>\n

Federico have worked with a group of researchers to create a special addition to Le Grand Jeu<\/strong> designed as part of the SPES project<\/a>. As well we are in the process of training more and more researchers to use LGJ as a research tool in focus groups and community insight. This collaboration builds on our shared commitment to exploring sustainable micro-economies and fostering creative problem-solving through play.<\/p>\n

The SPES Scenario immerses players in challenges and opportunities inspired by real-world sustainability efforts, aligning with SPES’s mission to bridge productivity and growth with inclusiveness and environmental protection, ensuring shared prosperity and well-being for all.<\/p>\n

What is the SPES Scenario?<\/h4>\n

The SPES Scenario introduces new dynamics that reflect the project’s focus on five pillars of sustainable human development:<\/p>\n

  1. Productivity<\/strong>: Encouraging efficient use of economic, human, and natural resources through innovation.<\/li>\n
  2. Equity for All<\/strong>: Fostering equal political, economic, social, and cultural opportunities.<\/li>\n
  3. Sustainability<\/strong>: Promoting climate change mitigation and adaptation, and ensuring environmental protection and restoration.<\/li>\n
  4. Participation and Empowerment<\/strong>: Enabling citizens and communities to be active agents of their future.<\/li>\n
  5. Human Security<\/strong>: Ensuring freedom from want, fear, and the ability to live with dignity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
